Mega evolutions require a mega stone to be posessed by the pokemon as an item, and then they can be triggered at will. However, mega stones are pretty hard to find in Parai and will most likely be rewards or plot devices. Members will not be allowed to mega-evolve unless they actually own a mega stone.
